What is the delivery period?
The period for deliveries consists of two periods:
- Processing time:
Within 1 working day of your order, it will be checked, approved and packed. Your
package will then be prepared for transport.
- Delivery time:
8-14 working days
*All shipping times do not include customs delays. During busy periods such as
Christmas, Black Friday and New Year, delays may occur.
WHAT DOES SHIPPING COST?
We offer our customers free premium shipping in the UK. This includes insurance
in case of theft, loss or damage of the parcel.
WHERE IS MY PARCEL?
After the package has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number.

For logistical reasons, the shipment may be sent in several partial shipments.

It may take up to 5 working days to update the location. We ask for your patience.
